The senior Copywriter plays a critical role in the development of content strategy and execution of consumer-centric, integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

● Lead the development of brand tone, voice and copy guidelines. ● writing original copy and slogans for advertising campaigns ● Develop the brand’s content strategy across consumer-facing channels. ● Develop and manage editorial calendars for various member communication channels. ● Review and suggest improvements for the content written by other writers ● Work with client and strategy team to develop annual content strategy, style guide and master calendar ● Work with designers, Brand Managers, and key stakeholders to develop overall content and creative concepts for campaigns, establishing tone and copy style to appropriately reflect brand positioning. ● Document content strategy process and standards and mentor copywriter and design teams on executing strategies. ● Monitor and share industry trends and competitor activity related to content and brand positioning. ● Understand and integrate SEO best-practices and keywords into engaging web content to drive conversion. ● Monitor content success and progress and also give insights on the content performance ● Optimize copy based on in user testing or in-market performance. ● Be an advocate for strategic content planning and brand voice development and continually strive to improve our capabilities.

Required Skills

● Previous working experience as a copywriter for 3-5 years + ● BA degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing or similar relevant field ● The copywriter should be creative, have good communications skills and immense knowledge of sales and marketing strategy. ● Outstanding writing skills ● Experience with proofreading ● Good time-management skills ● Ability to multi-task ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Critical-thinker and problem-solver
